Nate Graessle

Nate Graessle is the Managing Partner at Long Journey Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. He previously served as a Principal at Bessemer Venture Partners following earlier roles in product management at various technology startups. Graessle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and remains connected to the Y Combinator alumni network. Throughout his career, he has built an investment portfolio of over 20 companies, which includes early backing of the enterprise software unicorn Rippling. In the first quarter of 2025, he launched a new fund and subsequently led a $10 million Series A financing round for the artificial intelligence coding platform CodeWhisper. His current focus centers on providing capital and operational support to founders scaling enterprise software, machine learning, developer tools, and financial technology.
