Natasha Katoni

Natasha Katoni is the Operating Partner of Talent at Amplify Partners. Prior to her current venture capital role, she spent a decade managing early-stage technology recruiting pipelines and served as the first internal recruiter at Segment. During her extensive tenure at Segment, Katoni led technical recruiting initiatives, built the core interview program from scratch, and scaled the enterprise software company's total workforce from 50 to 500 employees. At Amplify Partners, she leverages this hands-on operational experience to advise technical founders across the firm's portfolio on developing repeatable recruiting systems for sourcing, evaluating, and closing critical executive hires. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brown University, where she completed her formal undergraduate education. Katoni currently focuses on building foundational talent infrastructure, facilitating strategic network connections, and executing specialized hiring strategies for early-stage technology startups.
