Natalia López

Natalia López is a Puerto Rico-based venture capital professional serving as a Non-managing Partner and General Counsel at Semillero Partners, while overseeing legal and compliance functions at Rocana Venture Holdings. Since joining Semillero in 2016, she has managed fund operations and regulatory compliance for two investment funds that have deployed capital into 24 companies from Seed to Series E stages. She expanded her operational scope in 2023 by joining Rocana Venture Holdings, and previously served as a Founding Member and Partner at the property management firm Roxco LLC. Earlier in her career, López advised the Government of Puerto Rico's Secretary of Economic Development on initiatives spanning biotechnology, agriculture, and diaspora programs. Her current focus centers on structuring investments and ensuring regulatory compliance for early to growth-stage consumer brands in the sustainable food, beverage, and wellness sectors.
