Nasir Qadree

Nasir Qadree is the Founder and Managing Partner of Zeal Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Washington, DC. In this executive capacity, he oversees $186 million in assets under management across three accounts, directing capital toward high-growth startups led by diverse and underrepresented founders. Before establishing his current firm, Qadree served as an Associate Director at AT&T, where he led direct investments for the telecommunication corporation's $400 million Aspire Social Investment Fund. His earlier professional background includes serving as the Global Head of Education Investments at Village Capital, as well as holding institutional finance roles as a Senior Associate at State Street and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Qadree currently focuses his investments on deploying venture capital to address equity disparities across the financial technology, healthcare, and future of work sectors.
