Naseem Sayani

Naseem Sayani is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Emmeline Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital fund. Prior to establishing the firm, she accumulated over 20 years of executive leadership experience across management consulting, corporate venture capital, and angel investing. During her consulting tenure, she launched a product studio within a global firm and served as one of only two female partners among a worldwide partnership of 45 executives. At Emmeline Ventures, Sayani manages a portfolio of 23 companies, directing capital toward female founders building human-centric technology solutions. Her investment strategy targets the healthcare, financial services, and sustainability sectors, backing startups such as Alloy Women’s Health, LunaJoy, WealthMore, and The Beans. Sayani currently focuses on addressing institutional funding disparities by financing early-stage enterprises that improve women's health, wealth, and long-term environmental outcomes.
