Naren Chittem is a technology entrepreneur based in San Francisco, California, and the Founder of Mayflower, an artificial intelligence startup focused on the human resources technology sector. He established the two-employee software company in 2025 alongside co-founder Aryan Gulati to automate complex immigration screening and regulatory compliance for global hiring processes. The early-stage startup was recently selected to participate in the prestigious Y Combinator Fall 2025 batch, operating under the direct mentorship of primary partner Pete Koomen. Prior to launching his current software venture, Chittem completed his higher education as an alumnus of Washington University, where his academic background included delivering environmental research presentations concerning the Kiribati Islands.
