Previously, he served as a corporate lawyer at Lawrence Graham LLP, advising private and public company clients on mergers, acquisitions, and Alternative Investment Market listings. He holds an LLB from the University of Mumbai and is a dual-qualified legal professional admitted to practice law across India, England, and Wales.
