Nanna Lüneborg is a General Partner at Forbion, where she manages late-stage life sciences investments for the firm's Growth Opportunities Funds. Her successful biopharma portfolio features major exits to global industry leaders, including AbbVie acquiring Capstan Therapeutics for $2,100,000,000 in August 2025. She also held key board roles during Novo Nordisk's $1,100,000,000 acquisition of Inversago in 2023 and Johnson & Johnson's $1,250,000,000 purchase of a Numab Therapeutics spinout company in 2024. Before joining Forbion in 2021, she spent a decade focusing on European biopharma with the Venture Investment team at Novo Holdings, following earlier roles at Apposite Capital and Cancer Research UK. Lüneborg built her scientific and business foundation with a PhD in Neuroscience from University College London, an MBA from the University of Cambridge, and a BA from the University of Oxford.
