Nandan Venkatachalam

Nandan Venkatachalam is a Principal at Axilor Ventures based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, where he focuses on early-stage B2B investments. Before assuming his current position in April 2021, he served as an Investment Manager and Investment Associate at the firm, working alongside CEO Ganapathy Venugopal to deploy capital across enterprise technology, SaaS, and logistics sectors. Prior to joining Axilor in 2016, Venkatachalam worked in investment banking at Mosaic Capital Services from 2012 to 2016, handling mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. He also gained corporate and investment banking experience at JP Morgan and holds degrees from Bangalore University and the University of Cambridge. He is currently involved in managing the Axilor Technology Fund II, which opened in July 2022 to back emerging enterprise startups.
