Nancy Xiao

Nancy Xiao is a Partner leading the growth-stage investing efforts at Headline in San Francisco, United States. Prior to her current role, she was a founding member of the venture capital firm BOND and served as a growth investor at Kleiner Perkins. Earlier in her professional career, Xiao worked within the technology investment banking group at Morgan Stanley and managed business intelligence operations for Kaiser Permanente.
