Nancy Katz

Nancy Katz is a Partner at Costanoa Ventures based in downtown Palo Alto, California, where she currently directs investor relations and marketing initiatives for early-stage technology startups. Prior to joining this venture capital firm, she co-founded American Infrastructure Funds, leading the organization's fundraising and strategic communications efforts while concurrently serving as a member of its Investment Committee. Her earlier professional career features specialized investor relations roles spanning multiple alternative asset classes, including private equity at McCown De Leeuw, real estate at RREEF, and corporate operations at the NASDAQ-listed company Modulaire. Furthermore, Katz served as the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of the global social enterprise organization Net Impact and was selected as a Rockefeller Fellow. Her current focus centers on leveraging her extensive capital formation background to assist technology founders in scaling their operations.
