Naeem Arastu

Naeem Arastu is the Managing Director, President, and Chief Operating Officer at Skyview Capital in Los Angeles, California. Since joining the firm in October 2021, he has led mergers and acquisitions, negotiated divestitures, and served on both the Investment and Executive Committees. Prior to Skyview, Arastu was a Managing Director at Solace Capital Partners and spent nine years as a Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, following an early career in leveraged finance at Credit Suisse. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, and has served on more than 10 portfolio company boards alongside his role as a board member at KIPP SoCal Public Schools. His two-decade career focuses on special situations private equity and distressed-for-control investments across the consumer, technology, industrials, healthcare, and business services sectors.
