Nadia Boujarwah

Nadia Boujarwah is a Founder Partner at Founder Collective and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School, based in New York. Previously, she co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dia&Co, an inclusive fashion e-commerce marketplace that she led from 2015 until its acquisition by FullBeauty Brands in 2024. Under her leadership, Dia&Co scaled to generate over $100 million in annual revenue and served a customer base exceeding one million women. Earlier in her career, Boujarwah worked as an investment banker at Perella Weinberg Partners and served as the Chief Operating Officer at Frieda and Nellie before completing her Master of Business Administration degree in 2013. Today, her professional background culminates in a primary focus on venture capital investing, fundraising, and advising early-stage startups across the consumer, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence sectors.
