Nabil Oudghiri

Nabil Oudghiri is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of BrioHR, a human resources technology company currently based in Malaysia. Originally from Morocco, he established a foundational career in quantitative finance and engineering before transitioning into the enterprise software development sector. Prior to his current executive position, Oudghiri worked professionally as an engineer in France and subsequently relocated to Singapore to complete his Master of Business Administration degree. In his capacity as Chief Technology Officer at BrioHR, he directs the technical architecture and engineering operations required to build scalable human resources management platforms. By combining his international academic background with his technical experience, he guides the strategic deployment of new software features for corporate clients. His current focus centers on leveraging his quantitative expertise to develop comprehensive technology solutions that optimize global workforce administration and human capital management.
