Nabil Mallick

Nabil Mallick is a Partner at Thrive Capital based in New York City, where he invests in seed-stage to growth-stage technology companies. Promoted to Partner in 2022 at the firm, which manages over $15 billion in assets, he focuses on enterprise software, fintech, and cybersecurity. His portfolio includes investments in Plaid, Gemini, and Attentive, notably leading the latter's $1.3 billion secondary funding round in 2021. Prior to his current role, Mallick spent over a decade holding venture investor positions at Battery Ventures and Insight Partners, following an earlier stint in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Today, his primary focus remains on partnering with founders to scale early-stage enterprise software and financial technology startups across the United States.
