Murat Bicer

Murat Bicer is a venture capitalist and General Partner at CRV (Charles River Ventures) in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he specializes in early-stage technology investments. He joined the venture capital firm in August 2015 after previously serving as a General Partner at RTP Ventures from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that role, Bicer spent five years at Battery Ventures between 2007 and 2012, holding titles as a Senior Associate and later as a Vice President. His earlier professional background includes holding positions at Mercury Computer Systems from 2002 to 2007 and Intra Information Technologies from 1999 to 2000 before his transition into venture capital. Bicer also holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, an MSEE from Northeastern University, and a BSEE from Middle East Technical University.
