Murad Sofizade

Murad Sofizade is the CEO of EQWI, a software development and staff augmentation firm headquartered in Florida, United States. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Azerbaijan Technological University. In 2011, the World Economic Forum selected him as a Young Global Leader, joining an exclusive cohort of approximately 120 individuals representing over 50 countries. He recently participated in the organization's 2025 Annual Summit in Geneva. At EQWI, he directs global IT talent sourcing and product development operations, leveraging a network that provides access to a talent pool of over 2.5 billion people across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
