Mukund Tibrewala

Mukund Tibrewala is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Salient, a technology startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. Prior to establishing Salient, he worked as a Software Engineer at both Airtable and Dropbox, where he focused on enterprise software development and scalable technical infrastructure. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, notably engineering a physical, automated chess set inspired by the Harry Potter franchise during his academic tenure. Outside of his primary professional endeavors, he is an active mountaineer and rock climber who frequently cycles throughout the local region and studies the literary works of American novelist Jack Kerouac. Tibrewala currently leverages his comprehensive background in software engineering and robotics to drive technical innovation and product development within the competitive early-stage technology sector.
