Moshe Neuman is a Partner at Aleph VC in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he focuses on seed and Series A investments across the European and Israeli technology sectors. Before transitioning to venture capital, he worked as an operator within the technology startup ecosystem and earned a degree in business and entrepreneurship from Reichman University.
