Morten E. Iversen

Morten Iversen is a Partner at Sandwater, a venture capital firm based in Oslo, Norway, where he helps manage a one billion four hundred million NOK fund dedicated to backing European technology startups with strong impact potential. Prior to his current investment role, he spent over eight years at Boston Consulting Group, serving as a Principal who advised multinational corporations on strategic growth and operational efficiency. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, alongside international academic experience from the National University of Singapore. At Sandwater, his primary focus involves sourcing and executing critical investments across the rapidly growing climate technology, healthcare, and enterprise software sectors. Furthermore, he actively serves on the board of directors for multiple portfolio companies to directly support their commercial scaling and strategic development.
