Morgan Lai

Morgan Lai is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fountain and the Founder and General Partner of Formulate Ventures, based in New York City. At Formulate Ventures, she manages an early-stage venture capital portfolio of over 60 companies, while her enterprise Web3 operating system, Fountain, is backed by Foundation Capital and United Overseas Bank. Prior to her current executive positions, she served as a Partner at Foundation Capital and worked as a machine learning engineer before founding her first artificial intelligence startup. Lai holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
