Morgan Evans

Morgan Evans is a biomechanical engineer and the Founder and Principal of Engage Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm, as well as the Founder of Avio MedTech Consulting. She began her professional career working as an engineer at an early-stage neuromodulation startup before transitioning to the Corporate Development group at Medtronic, where she evaluated strategic healthcare investment opportunities. Over the past decade, Evans has founded or co-founded seven distinct ventures, spanning operational medical device companies, specialized MedTech accelerators, and targeted investment vehicles. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in biomechanical engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management. Today, Evans maintains a primary focus on advancing early-stage MedTech innovation, commercializing practical medical device solutions, and actively investing venture capital into women-led healthcare ventures.
