Monica Romano

Monica Romano is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Brighton Park Capital, based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Since joining the growth-stage investment firm in September 2019, she has managed comprehensive financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, valuations, fund structuring, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Romano spent four years as a Senior Partnership Accountant at Bessemer Venture Partners, where she oversaw complex venture capital operations. She began her professional career spending four years in the Wealth Asset Management practice at EY, focusing on private equity and hedge fund clients. Romano holds both an MBA and a BBA in Accounting from Iona College and was named to GrowthCap's 2024 list of Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing.
