Monica Lim

Monica Lim is a Senior Associate on the investment team at M12, Microsoft's venture capital fund, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining M12, she served as an investor at Eniac Ventures in New York City, where she focused on seed-stage allocations across artificial intelligence, machine learning, developer tools, data infrastructure, and B2B SaaS companies. Her operational background includes roles at Y Combinator-backed startups and large technology enterprises such as Jet.com, Walmart.com, and Yahoo, alongside professional experience across Asian markets including Taipei, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Lim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master's degree in Visual Arts Administration from New York University. She currently leverages her combined operational and investment expertise to target early-stage opportunities within the AI application and infrastructure layers.
