Mona Khan

Mona Khan is a venture capital and strategy professional based in the United Arab Emirates, with a career spanning investments, analytics, and startup operations. She previously served as a Senior Associate at the investment firm Global Ventures from 2018 to 2021, where she evaluated emerging technology companies and managed portfolio analytics. Prior to her transition into institutional venture capital, Khan gained direct entrepreneurial experience as the Co-Founder of the startup Sealed. She also held a dedicated strategy and governance role at The Aman Foundation, and she has remained a member of the Middle East Venture Capital Association since 2017. Khan completed her undergraduate studies at Mount Holyoke College before entering the finance sector. Her current professional focus centers on advancing corporate governance, executing strategic growth initiatives, and supporting early-stage technology investments across the broader Middle Eastern startup ecosystem.
