Molly Hogan

Molly Hogan is a fintech and marketplace product leader who most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Level, an early-stage financial lending startup. Prior to transitioning into her entrepreneurial ventures, she spent over seven years at Amazon, where she directed new and international product initiatives as a marketplace product veteran. Hogan established Level alongside co-founders Vladimir Korshin and Asa Schachar, bringing over 30 years of collective startup experience to the Y Combinator Summer 2021 cohort. Under her operational leadership, the platform rapidly facilitated $1.3 million in loan purchases across six customers within four weeks of its initial launch, ultimately leading to the company's acquisition by Vouch in January 2023.
