Molly Gilmartin

Molly Gilmartin is a London-based Founder and Venture Partner at Atlas Health and AlbionVC. She holds degrees in Medicine and Surgery alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Medicine from Oxford University, and previously advised healthcare systems as a consultant at McKinsey and Company. Transitioning to startup operations, she served on the founding team at Pando and later acted as Chief Commercial Officer at Induction Healthcare Group, which floated on the AIM market in 2019. Gilmartin subsequently spent four years as an Investment Director at AlbionVC, managing investments in healthtech portfolio companies including Oviva and Evaro. Additionally, she established the HealthTech Breakfast Club to support underrepresented founders and investors. Her current focus centers on leveraging her clinical training and operational background to scale technologies that improve efficiency and patient outcomes across the healthcare sector.
