Mohandas Pai is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Aarin Capital, a venture capital firm based in Bangalore, India. Prior to establishing his investment firm, he spent a significant portion of his career at Infosys, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer and helped scale the Fortune 500 technology company. A chartered accountant and lawyer by training, Pai earned a Bachelor of Commerce from St Joseph's College of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws from Bangalore University, and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Through Aarin Capital, he directs private equity and venture capital investments into early-stage technology and financial services startups operating within the Indian ecosystem. His current focus centers on accelerating regional entrepreneurship and providing strategic financial guidance to emerging technology and fintech companies across India.
