Mohammad Eshan

Mohammad Eshan is the founder and CEO of GhostEye, an AI-driven cybersecurity platform based in San Francisco, CA. Prior to establishing the startup in 2025 alongside a former Senior AI Engineer, he served as the Red Team Lead at BlackRock from 2023 to 2025, where he directed sophisticated offensive security operations. He previously worked as an Offensive Cyber Operations specialist at MITRE between 2022 and 2023. At GhostEye, which is actively backed by Y Combinator, Eshan leads the development of a platform that simulates real-world threats like phishing attacks, scam texts, and deepfakes to generate quantized human risk scores for corporate employees. Eshan has also appeared in media discussing deepfake vulnerabilities in corporate security contexts. His current focus centers on human-layer vulnerability management and utilizing artificial intelligence to map employee exposure through personalized attack simulations.
