Mo Jomaa

Mo Jomaa is a Vice President at CapitalG, the independent growth equity investment fund of parent company Alphabet, where he helps lead the firm's enterprise software investing initiatives. Before joining the venture capital organization in 2018, he structured and executed enterprise software initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. During his tenure at CapitalG, Jomaa has played a leadership role in deploying capital into high-growth technology infrastructure companies, managing investments in prominent portfolio assets such as Databricks, CrowdStrike, Grafana, NinjaOne, Cribl, and Verkada. His current venture capital investment focus centers on identifying and scaling innovative enterprise solutions across information technology management software, data analytics, and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
