Mitzi Krockover

Mitzi Krockover is a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, an early-stage angel investment firm focused on women entrepreneurs, based in New York City, New York. Before her decade-long tenure in venture capital, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at DoubleClick prior to its acquisition by Google, and held investment banking roles at major financial institutions. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. At Golden Seeds, Krockover helps oversee a portfolio of more than 50 companies and supported a new fund close exceeding $50 million in March 2023. Drawing on decades of finance and technology experience, she mentors female entrepreneurs to help scale their operations. Her current investment focus centers on financing early-stage consumer products, digital media, healthtech, and software startups led by underrepresented founders.
