Mitch Patridge

Mitch Patridge is the Founder and Managing Partner of ClearVision Equity Partners, operating primarily out of Dorado, Puerto Rico, following his previous professional association with the San Diego business community. Before transitioning into venture capital, he built his career as a serial entrepreneur, which included founding Insight Electronics LLC in 1984. At ClearVision Equity Partners, Patridge directs the firm's strategy to provide flexible growth capital to early-stage companies operating within small, underserved markets. Under his leadership, the investment firm has successfully completed more than 30 transactions across a wide array of diverse sectors, such as artificial intelligence, telemedicine, behavioral health, agriculture, hospitality, and secondary financial markets. Today, his primary focus centers on leveraging his extensive entrepreneurial background to identify high-potential enterprises and supply the necessary financial structures to accelerate their long-term commercial development and operational scale.
