Mish Mashkautsan is a General Partner at Phoenix Court, where he focuses on venture capital investments in B2B and frontier technology startups. Before entering venture capital, he served as a Deputy Commander in Israel's elite Talpiot program and worked as Chief of Staff at the National Cyber Bureau within the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Hebrew University, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
