Mish Mashkautsan

Mish Mashkautsan is a General Partner at Phoenix Court, where he focuses on venture capital investments in B2B and frontier technology startups. Before entering venture capital, he served as a Deputy Commander in Israel's elite Talpiot program and worked as Chief of Staff at the National Cyber Bureau within the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Hebrew University, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford. As an investor, Mashkautsan has backed at least eight technology companies, including Rossum, Reveal, Papercup, and Dataform, which was subsequently acquired by Google. Today, he leverages his extensive defense and cybersecurity background to identify and support emerging enterprises operating at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and business automation.
