Miri Polachek

Miri Polachek is the Chief Executive Officer of Joy Ventures, an investment firm and venture builder focused on consumer health based in Herzliya, Israel. Prior to this role, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Israel Brain Technologies, a non-profit organization where she accelerated neuro-innovation and supported over 100 early-stage startups. Her corporate experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, alongside holding strategic management positions at Pfizer in New York. Polachek holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a Master of Arts in Economics from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her professional background centers on bridging the gap between academic research and commercialization within the life sciences and consumer wellness sectors.
