Miray Topay

Miray Topay is a Partner and Head of the London office at L Catterton, currently based in London, United Kingdom. She joined the global consumer investment firm in 2024 to lead its European investment efforts and collaborate closely with Managing Partner Luigi Feola. Prior to this recent executive appointment, Topay spent 15 years at Bain Capital managing investments across both North America and Europe. During her tenure there, she served as a Partner and co-led the private equity firm's consumer investing initiatives. Her academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University, and a Science Diploma from Robert Koleji. Topay's current focus centers on executing consumer-focused investments, driving portfolio value creation, and scaling international growth for consumer brands throughout the European market.
