Minsoo Chi

Minsoo Chi is a Partner at Spider Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm where he manages sourcing, due diligence, investor relations, and portfolio support. He joined the firm in 2018 as its first full-time investment professional, investing in seed-stage enterprise cloud, applied artificial intelligence, and software-as-a-service startups alongside a network of operators from Zoom, Cisco, and Salesforce. Previously, Chi served as an Associate at NGP Capital, a venture firm with over $1 billion in assets backed by Nokia, where he focused on growth-stage digital health and enterprise software investments. Before entering venture capital, he worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, specializing in corporate strategy, go-to-market execution, post-merger integration, and private equity diligence. His current focus remains on identifying and supporting early-stage enterprise technology founders building applied machine learning and cloud infrastructure platforms.
