Minju Park

Minju Park is currently a Principal on the Special Situations team at Bain Capital. He joined the global alternative investment firm in 2019 to focus on special situations and private equity transactions across the broader Asian market. Prior to assuming his current position, Park served as an Associate on the Private Equity team at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts in Seoul, where he evaluated regional investment opportunities. Before that period, he held a similar Associate role at Baring Private Equity Asia in Hong Kong. He began his financial career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in Seoul after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Seoul National University. Park's professional background centers on executing complex private equity buyouts and special situations investments across multiple major Asian financial markets and sectors.
