Mindy Posoff

Mindy Posoff is the Founding Partner and President of Traversent Capital Partners, a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, and the Chair of the Board for Oakmark Funds, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She assumed the role of Chair at Oakmark Funds in 2025 after serving as an independent trustee since 2016, overseeing governance for the asset management firm. Posoff previously served as a trustee on the HighMark Mutual Funds Board and contributed to the Impact Advisory Committee at Apollo Global Management. She holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and maintains active board positions with the Mutual Fund Directors Forum and Ben Franklin Technology Partners. Her current focus centers on providing strategic consulting and operational due diligence for asset managers while actively participating in early-stage startup angel investing initiatives.
