Mina Mutafchieva

Mina Mutafchieva is an investor on the Growth team at HV Capital, where she focuses on growth-stage technology companies across the European and United States markets. Prior to her current role, she spent five years at Dawn Capital, serving as a Partner at Europe's largest B2B software fund, and previously worked for four years in growth private equity. During her career, she has backed and supported the scaling of several prominent enterprise software and fintech startups, including notable companies such as LeanIX, Fonoa, Lokalise, AccessFintech, and Showpad. Mutafchieva holds an undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics and later earned her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. With over a decade of investment experience spanning more than ten countries, her current professional focus remains on scaling growth-stage B2B software, artificial intelligence, and fintech enterprises.
