Milind Sagaram

Milind Sagaram is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Articulate, an early-stage technology startup focused on artificial intelligence applications for the global commercial construction industry. At Articulate, he directs the development of enterprise software that automates clash detection in building plans by analyzing architectural, structural, and MEP PDF sheets to generate comprehensive issue reports. Sagaram is additionally associated with Helonic and recently discussed his work on accelerating pre-construction processes through AI during a March 2026 appearance on the industry START podcast. Prior to his current entrepreneurial ventures, he gained technical experience by holding professional roles at prominent engineering and manufacturing organizations, including SpaceX, BMW, and NG. An alumnus of the University of Illinois, Sagaram maintains a primary focus on leveraging machine learning to resolve pre-construction inefficiencies and streamline complex commercial building workflows.
