Milenko Cicmil

Milenko Cicmil is a Partner at Cure Ventures and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Tasca Therapeutics. Over a twenty-year biotechnology career, he has directed drug discovery programs across multiple modalities, contributing to commercial therapeutics including Brilinta, Symbicort, and Keytruda. Previously, he was Vice President and Head of Global External Innovation at Ipsen, Vice President of Biology at Fog Pharma, and a Director at the Merck Innovation Hub. Earlier in his career, he managed research teams at AstraZeneca that successfully delivered more than twenty clinical candidates in immunology and inflammation. He earned a doctorate in Molecular Pharmacology from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from King's College London. His current focus centers on shaping portfolio strategies and driving business development for early-stage biotechnology firms specializing in oncology and autoimmune diseases.
