Milena Nikolova

Milena Nikolova is a Partner at Antares Ventures based in Singapore, where she focuses on deep-tech venture capital investments addressing critical sustainability challenges. Previously, she served as a Partner at a global climate tech fund and spent a significant portion of her 25-year financial services career at UBS. As an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in London, Nikolova advised on more than $10 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offering deal value before transitioning to wealth management in Singapore. She currently co-chairs the Climate Solutions Committee for the Singapore Venture and Private Capital Association and serves as an independent Board Trustee for the UK-based Clean Air Fund. A CFA charterholder with a master's degree from the London School of Economics, Nikolova currently focuses on leveraging institutional capital to scale breakthrough climate technologies across Asian growth markets.
