Milena Bogdanova Bursztyn is a Principal at Newtype Ventures based in Los Angeles, United States, where she directs pre-seed and seed-stage investments. Before joining the venture firm, which launched its initial fund in May 2022, she held executive product and operational roles at Spotify, SideChef, and ScoreBeyond, a growth-stage startup that was subsequently acquired by LinkedIn. Her prior venture capital experience includes serving as an early-stage investor at Germin8 Ventures, targeting frontier technologies across the agriculture and food sectors. She holds a master's degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, while also serving as the Investor Committee Chair at Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs.
