Miki Reynolds

Miki Reynolds is the Head of Operations at Slauson and Co., an early-stage venture capital firm based in Los Angeles, California. Prior to joining the investment firm, she spent eight years as the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Grid110, an economic development non-profit that provided accelerator programs and funding to more than 300 local startup founders. Her earlier career includes serving as a Regional Director for General Assembly, where she managed campus operations, partnerships, and educational programming across the broader Southern California market. Reynolds previously held digital marketing and production roles at IAC and actively contributes to the regional tech ecosystem by advising municipal technology initiatives and local startup incubators. Her professional focus remains centered on scaling venture operations, expanding access to capital, and building sustainable infrastructure for underrepresented entrepreneurs in the technology sector.
