Mike Palackdharry

Mike Palackdharry is a Venture Partner at Refinery Ventures and the CEO of Healent Health, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to his current roles, he served as Executive Vice President of Growth and Strategy at AssureCare and held senior leadership positions at Convergys and Limelight Networks. As the former CEO of Aquiire, he led the procurement software company through its acquisition by Coupa in 2018. Over his 30-year career, Palackdharry has generated more than $1 billion in SaaS solution sales across the global enterprise and telecommunications sectors. He recently secured seed funding for Healent Health from Cintrifuse Capital in September 2024, and he holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and physics from Illinois Wesleyan University. His current focus centers on evaluating early-stage investments and scaling remote patient care platforms within the healthcare technology sector.
