Mike Moloney is the Managing Partner at PowerOne Capital Markets in New York City, where he focuses on growth equity and M&A advisory for emerging technology firms. Before joining the firm in 2023, he founded and served as the CEO of GovNative, a government technology startup that was subsequently acquired by Carahsoft. His earlier career includes investment and operational roles at Scale Venture Partners and Goldman Sachs, supported by degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School. As an active participant in the venture capital ecosystem, he has invested in more than 20 early-stage companies, including a recent first-quarter 2025 investment in the AI-driven government technology startup SecureGov. Moloney currently leverages his past executive experience to advise scaling enterprises, maintaining a strategic investment focus on enterprise software, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and financial technology.
