Mike McNamara

Mike McNamara is a Partner at Eclipse Ventures and a corporate board member based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to his transition into venture capital, he spent twenty-four years at Flex, serving as the multinational company's Chief Executive Officer from 2006 until 2018. During his twelve-year tenure as CEO, he managed a global workforce of over 200,000 employees across thirty countries and drove the electronics manufacturer's annual revenue to more than $25 billion. He currently serves on the board of directors for several publicly traded enterprise companies, including Workday and Carrier Global Corporation, and previously held a board seat at Slack. Leveraging his extensive operational background in global manufacturing, his current focus centers on advising and investing in early-stage technology startups that are modernizing physical industries and complex global supply chains.
