Mike McIntyre

Mike McIntyre is a New York-based technology entrepreneur and product manager who previously served as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the group video calling application Fam. The social networking startup participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2017 batch as FriendSpot and secured Series A funding from Founders Fund and DST. Fam also attracted early-stage investment from Pear, NextView, Abstract VC, and Scribble Ventures before the platform ultimately became inactive. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, McIntyre worked in Menlo Park, California, as a Product Manager for both Instagram and Facebook. During his corporate tenure, he directed product initiatives across the Growth, Search and Ranking, and Social Good teams, specifically contributing to the Safety Check and Crisis Response features.
