Mike Collett

Mike Collett is the Founder and Managing Partner at Promus Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm with offices in the United States and Europe. Before establishing the firm to target deep technology investments, he served as a Vice President in Mergers and Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch. Collett transitioned into investment management by joining the Masters Capital hedge fund, where he allocated capital across public and private technology equities. He subsequently expanded his focus on emerging sectors by founding the Masters Capital Nanotechnology Fund, building on an investment career that began in 2002. He holds an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and English from Vanderbilt University. Today, his primary investment focus centers on funding early-stage DeepTech startups operating within the artificial intelligence and space technology sectors.
