Mike Bifulco

Mike Bifulco is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Craftwork, a Y Combinator S23 startup based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Before launching his current company, he held developer advocacy and software engineering roles at major technology corporations, including Google, Stripe, and Microsoft. He also contributed to the educational platform Gymnasium during his earlier career. As a serial entrepreneur, he previously co-founded the workspace management platform smpl, guiding the business through its initial growth phase until its acquisition in 2020. In addition to his primary executive responsibilities, Bifulco co-founded APIs You Won't Hate, an online community supporting API developers, and produces technical content through his podcast and the Tiny Improvements newsletter. His professional background centers on technical leadership, developer relations, and engineering scalable software products across both early-stage startup environments and established enterprise organizations.
